Dan Klink '25 Named 2024 High School Boys National Player of the Year
Congratulations to Dan Klink '25 for being selected as the 2024 High School Boys National Player of the Year!
Klink played an instrumental role in the Soccer Dons 2024 season, leading the team to a 12-2-2 record and the MIAA 'A' Conference Championship. Off the field, Dan serves as president of the Sports Analytics Club; participated in the Arrupe Leaders Summit, which promotes social justice; and volunteered with multiple community service initiatives such as Beans and Bread, Francis X. Gallagher Services, and his church youth group.
Klink has committed to playing soccer at the University of North Carolina starting Fall 2025.
The United Soccer Coaches High School Boys National Player of the Year is an annual award presented by United Soccer Coaches, the largest soccer coaching organization in the world. This prestigious honor recognizes the top high school boys' soccer player in the United States based on their exceptional performance on the field, leadership, and sportsmanship.
