Dons Awarded $9,000 in Scholarships at CyberPatriot National Finals
Congratulations to seniors Will Erdman, Luke Alonsozana, Aidan Brehm, Matt Fleschner, Julian Javillo, and Jack Klug for their performance at the CyberPatriot XIII National Finals this past weekend. They finished 2nd in the Cisco Networking Challenge and were awarded $9,000 in scholarships from Cisco Systems.
The team began the CyberPatriot season last October, and their performance earned them a trip to the National Finals representing the top .004% of all competitors nationally. This is the sixth team in our Cyber Science & Informatics Program to earn a trip to the National Finals over the past five years.

Senior leadership from the Air Force Association, United States Space Force, United States Air Force, Northrop Grumman, Leidos, Boeing, Cisco Systems, and AT&T were on hand Sunday night to present the awards virtually. You can watch the entire awards ceremony below.
