Loyola Blakefield Named Top Workplace by The Baltimore Sun

We are pleased to announce that we have once again been honored by The Baltimore Sun as one of the region’s Top Workplaces. This marks the 11th year that we have received this prestigious regional honor. Several faculty and staff represented Loyola at the annual awards reception on Thursday, December 9, at the Grand Lodge of Maryland in Hunt Valley.

Loyola was also the recipient of a special award as the region’s Top Workplace for Communication.

The Baltimore Sun’s Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
