League Rules / Overview
Game duration – 2 x 22 minute halves. One time out per team per half. 
 
Rosters, Sister Teams & Double Rostering
Teams need a minimum of four players and a GK to begin a game.
Players are not permitted to roster for another team in the same division.
Sister teams in the league can borrow players from the sister team for game play. 
No guest players allowed.  Players must be on rosters submitted by coach to be eligible to play. 
Players may be double rostered on different teams in different age divisions of the league.
 Games played with illegal / unrostered players will result in a forfeit.
  
Home Team:
The team listed first on the schedule is the home team and will wear light colored jersey.
The visiting team (team listed 2nd on the schedule) will wear the dark colored jersey. 
 
Game Result Reporting:
Coaches must check the final game results with the referee (score, cautions & ejections).
Referees will present all game results, cautions and ejections to the on-site Staff Member.
A red card will result in a one game suspension.
Violent conduct is subject to further disciplinary action by league.
 
Forfeited Games:
If a team fails to arrive for a scheduled match with enough players, the game will be forfeited. The forfeit will count as a 3-0 loss.
Forfeits will not result in a refund of any kind.
 
Point System / Tie Breakers:
3 points for a win, 1 point for a tie, 0 points for a loss.
Tiebreakers will be total points, head-to-head, goal differential and then goals scored.
Winners – Champions from each division will receive Championship T-Shirts
 
GEAR:
Players must wear futsal shoes, indoor soccer shoes or runners. No cleats, turf shoes or black soled shoes.
Shin guards are mandatory!
 
Equipment:
Futsal balls will be provided by the league for games:
The 2011/2012 Division will use size 4 balls
All other divisions will use the size 3 balls.
NOTE: Game balls will be provided by the league.  Teams must use their own balls to warm up with. 
 
Spectators:
All spectators will watch games from the elevated track above the courts on the 2nd level of the facility.
*Parents may bring chairs to sit on the elevated track area near the railing.   
Only coaches and players are allowed in the court area.
NOTE: Team manager / team parent may take pictures or video tape games from below on the playing surface area (as long as they are a safe distance from the court and playing area).
