Loyola Speech & Debate Competes in North Catholic Invitational
Last weekend, our Speech & Debate Dons competed at the North Catholic Invitational hosted by North Catholic High School in Pittsburgh. This was the program's first in-person tournament since February 2020. In breaking their nearly two-year hiatus of in-person competition, they collected several accolades:

- Thomas McNulty '22 placed 1st in Congressional Debate and earned a bid to the Pittsburgh Regional Tournament.
- Farrell Gregory '22 placed 2nd in Congressional Debate and also earned a bid to the Pittsburgh Regional Tournament.
- Kyle Weaver '22 and Josh Zacharia '22 placed 4th overall in Duo Interpretation.
- Mathew Paine '25 and Andy Wang '23 both made their in-person debut performances in Congressional Debate.
