Ways to Give

Support Our Dons

There are many ways to make a meaningful impact at Loyola Blakefield. Your gift helps us form young men of intellect, faith, and service—something made possible by the generosity of benefactors like you.

Whether you choose to give annually, support an endowed scholarship, contribute to a special project, or make a planned gift, your support directly enhances the Loyola experience for every student.

You can also make a gift in honor or memory of someone, give through your business as a Blue & Gold Community Partner, or maximize your impact with a matching gift from your employer.

Every contribution, large or small, helps provide exceptional opportunities for our Dons and ensures that future generations continue to benefit from the Loyola experience.

  • The Loyola Fund & Endowed Funds

Both the Loyola Fund and our Endowed Funds play a vital role in Loyola’s success.

Loyola Fund gifts support our daily operations—helping every student, teacher, and staff member, every day. These gifts have an immediate and widespread impact across campus.

Endowed Fund gifts provide long-term support for scholarships, programs, and key initiatives. They help secure Loyola’s future by funding critical needs, especially financial aid for current and future students.

  • Recurring Gifts

Loyola’s recurring gift program allows you to spread your support in manageable monthly, quarterly, or annual contributions—providing steady, reliable funding that strengthens every part of the Loyola experience.

Your recurring gift is easy to set up, budget-friendly, and deeply meaningful to our students and faculty.

  • Tribute & Memorial Gifts

  • Greater Glory Scholarships Program

We are committed to providing an unrivaled Jesuit education to as many young men as possible, regardless of a family's financial standing. Our Greater Glory program enables individuals, companies, and foundations to fund a student's education for his four or seven years at Loyola. Greater Glory Scholarships, which can cover all or part of annual tuition costs for a student, provide benefactors an opportunity to have a significant impact on the lives of our Dons.

To learn more about our Greater Glory program, download our flyer or contact Director of Major Gifts Lisa Kenney.

*Disclaimer: Benefactors wishing to donate directly to Loyola Blakefield in support of scholarships and financial aid must allow the school to manage the review and selection process of scholarship recipients in order to qualify for tax-deductible, charitable gifts.  When benefactors work with Loyola to establish a scholarship, they are able to participate in a limited way (e.g. determining criteria for a newly established scholarship fund as acceptable by Loyola Blakefield), although IRS rules would prohibit benefactors from having a dominant decision-making process for the selection of student(s).
  • Alumni Association Events

All proceeds from Loyola Blakefield Alumni Association events support the Alumni Endowed Scholarship Fund, providing need-based scholarships for deserving young men who are sons of Loyola alumni.

Our annual events include the Loyola Golf Open, Alumni Bull Roast, Taste of Blakefield, and many more. Visit the alumni calendar for all of our upcoming events.
  • Endowment Fundraising & Investment Performance

Loyola Blakefield’s endowment is fundamental to our ability to plan for and sustain our school’s future. It provides a steady and significant source of income to support our most critical needs including resources that directly contribute to financial aid and scholarships for our students today and well into the future. Gifts to our endowment also support the sustainability of programs and student services, professional development and competitive salaries for faculty and staff, and on-going maintenance needs of our campus and physical plant.

We continue to be grateful for our alumni, families, faculty, staff, and friends who invest with gifts to grow various endowed funds at Loyola Blakefield. Together, we fuel and sustain an unrivaled values-based educational experience rooted in the sacred Jesuit tradition and allow a Loyola education to be more accessible and affordable for our families.

    • 95+ individual funds contribute to our endowment (95% of these funds are directed to support student scholarships at Loyola Blakefield).

    • 31 funds have been established in honor of alumni classes (1953, 1954, 1955, 1956, 1957, 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961,1962, 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966, 1969, 1971, 1972, 1975, 1978, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1990, 1993, 2022, 2023, 2024).
